We are currently Hiring for the following positions:

 

Host/Hostess – “Booking Agents”

  • Greet the guests with a smile as they arrive
  • Check all guests have valid ID’s
  • Check them into our reservation system if they have already booked an experience
  • Collect Payment for any experiences as well as tokens for games.
  • Book any guests for an experience if we have time slots available
  • Make sure lobby, front area and bathrooms are clean at all times 
  • Complete opening and closing checklists provided by management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Food & Drink Runners – “Social-lites”:

  • Responsible to get all food and drinks to our guests and verify guests orders are correct
  • Assist any guest in how to use QR Codes for ordering
  • Clean up any dirty glassware or food trays throughout restaurant as well as wipe down tables
  • Responsible to make sure all trash cans are empty and cleaned up during shift
  • Make sure all utensils and cups are stocked at water station
  • Give exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Report any issues or problems to management immediately
  • Assist Kitchen staff and Bartenders with any supply needs during shift
  • Complete opening and closing checklist provided by management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Shift Lead – “Influencers”:

  • Responsible for explaining and introducing guests to the different experiences 
  • Responsible for ensuring all guests are aware and follow safety procedures and protocols 
  • Assist guests on how to order on the QR Codes as well as put orders into POS System as an upsell opportunity
  • Trained in all positions at Social Latitude and assist management in assuring all areas are staffed correctly or help where-ever needed
  • Responsible to delegate or clean all experiences in between guests play-time
  • Responsible to assure that guests are not over-served or being a burden to other guest experiences
  • Complete opening and closing checklists provided by management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Mixologists/Bartenders – “Social Mixers”:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests at the bar
  • Assist guests in using QR Codes for ordering or putting orders into POS System
  • Keep all drinks consistent to menu and ingredients provided by management
  • Keep Bar area clean, wiped down, as well as wash all glassware
  • Make all drinks for guests in the Social Lounge as well as guests enjoying any experiences
  • Complete opening and closing checklist provided by management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Sandwich Chefs/Cooks:

  • Responsible to make all menu items consistently as well as in a timely manner
  • Follow all DHEC and Food Safety handling procedures
  • Responsible to keep accurate par levels and prep for each shift
  • Responsible to wash all dishes and equipment daily
  • Complete opening and closing checklist provided by management
  • Other duties as assigned
